Role Description
This role is ideal for an experienced Property Manager who enjoys working closely with boards and residents while overseeing a portfolio of condominium associations. Strong communication skills, organization, and a solid understanding of financials are key to success in this position.
Qualifications
- Ability to Partner with boards and resident managers
- Deliver High-Quality Service to Homeowners
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Experience in Board Meeting Organization and Resident Communication
- Support Financial Planning and Budgeting
- Association Software Experience
- Attention to Detail and Organizational skills
- Ability to Work Independently and Collaboratively
- Previous experience in Community Association Management Preferred
- CMCA Preferred
💰 Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000 annually
