Job Description:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned associations and their board members
- Oversee the implementation and enforcement of house rules, bylaws, and governing documents
- Coordinate and attend board meetings, prepare agendas, and provide follow-up communication
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff to ensure quality service
- Assist in preparing and managing association budgets and financial reports in coordination with accounting teams
- Respond to homeowner inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with state laws, insurance requirements, and community standards
- Conduct regular property inspections and maintain detailed documentation Shift
- Knowledge of homeowner/condominium associations, governing documents, and board operations
- CAM license or willingness to obtain one (if applicable in your state)
- Strong administrative and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi, etc.
