Starting Pay: $26.00
Benefits: Full time, benefit eligible
Location: Hybrid Work Environment Anoka County
Schedule: 5 Day Workweek (8 hours per day) or 4 Day Workweek (10 hours per day)
Anoka County Mental Health Practitioner Responsibilities:
- Regularly meet with clients in their homes and other locations throughout the community.
- Establish supportive and motivational relationships with clients.
- Review and monitor services provided to clients.
- Connect clients to community resources and programs in Anoka County.
- Maintain client records in electronic health record system.
- Collaborate with other family members, service providers, staff members, consultants, interns and/or volunteers.
Anoka County Mental Health Practitioner Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in behavioral health field, 30 college credits in behavioral health, or combination of experience and education required.
- Experience maintaining a base of clients throughout the community required.
- Strong knowledge of community resources available in Anoka county required.
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and acceptable driving record required.
