Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Business Development Executive to oversee a wide
range of responsibilities, including trade show representation, team leadership, content
creation, and strategic business growth. This role is ideal for a self-starter
with strong organizational skills, creative marketing instincts, and a passion for driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development (60%)
· Represent the company at trade shows and networking events to build relationships
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach and partnerships
· Support lead generation efforts across digital and in-person channels
· Direct sales functions: outbounds, cold calling, DM’s, lead nurturing
Marketing, Advertising & Content (40%)
· Create and manage social media video content to promote brand awareness and engagement through LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc., derived from larger blocks on content ie, podcast, info video, etc.
· Drive traffic from social media to YouTube videos and/or website in order to gain customer trust and educate
· Ensure SEO content remains comprehensive, well-maintained, and optimized to support sustained organic traffic growth.
· Coordinate content calendars and oversee platform performance metrics. (10%)
· Foster a positive team culture focused on productivity, service, and growth
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in business development, marketing, or operations
· Strong communication and leadership skills
· Ability to travel for trade shows and events as needed

Financial & Operational
· Budget Variance: Stay within ±5% of budgeted expenses.
· Timeliness of Reporting: Quarterly reports delivered on/before deadlines.
· Maintain record of business dollars directly generated via organic leads
Sales & Business Development
· Conversion Rate: 25% of leads that convert to opportunities/clients.
· Revenue Growth: Quarterly sales targets: $25,000
· Partnerships Secured: # of new partnerships or contracts closed.
Marketing & Content:
· Content Output: 4-6 social media videos/content pieces created per month.
· Engagement Metrics: Avg. engagement rate (likes, comments, shares).
· Follower Growth: 20% growth in social followers or subscribers per quarter.
