What are the responsibilities and job description for the Stable Hand/Equine Groom position at Touchstone Acres?
Part time help to assist in care of 6 mature horses. Days and hours are flexible. Duties may include grooming, bathing, minor medical care, feeding, stall and dry lot cleaning, turning out/ bringing in as needed. Horses live outside mostly. Clean buckets, feed pans, troughs as needed. Duties could also include tack cleaning, tack up, exercise rides, or grounds maintenance depending on your skills and interest. Our riding discipline is English/dressage (low level.) Pay negotiable for optimal candidat. Feed and tack rooms are heated & air conditioned. Full bathroom available. Some experience preferred and references necessary. USA legal residents, no Sponsorships, no housing.
