Reporting to the Production Leader, this role is a great opportunity for an experienced Cellar Hand to develop their winemaking a management skills and further their career. Leading small teams for up to 6 staff during harvest. Following all safety procedures, ensuring proper PPE, incident reporting, etc Harvest operations, including supervising, crushing and pressing Oversee training with Diemme and Della Toffola presses and Piquette Production. Assist with the cellar operations around blending, fining, clarification, preparation and despatch Your Grape Qualities At least 3 years’ experience in a medium to large winery and working harvest. Experienced Cellar hand in all general cellar duties including ability to Supervise a Receival/Press team at Harvest. This will require experience with Diemme and Della Toffola presses and Piquette Production. Experience leading a small team or working as a supervisor training staff.
