- Prior Government (local/state/federal) project experience (required).
- Experience with IT projects involving internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies.
- Ability to create functional system documentation.
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders.
