What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Project Manager position at Touchpoints?
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with large scale implementations experience.
- 10 years of project management experience in technology consulting or systems integration
- 3 Project Management experience in Salesforce implementations in Public Sector
- Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects (minimum 2 projects simultaneously)
- Background in large-scale system integrations and data migrations
- Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, Monday.com)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Knowledge of API management, middleware, and integration tools
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- PMP certification required
- Agile/Scrum Master certification required
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred
