What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Migration Lead position at Touchpoints?
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end migration efforts from legacy databases into Salesforce while ensuring data quality, accuracy, and performance.
Required Skills:
- Experience leading large-scale data migration initiatives with 6 years of experience in data engineering and Salesforce data migration.
- Migrate data from SQL Server into Salesforce using Data Loader, Bulk API, and ETL tools such as SSIS, Talend, MuleSoft, or Informatica.
- Utilize strong SQL/T-SQL expertise to perform data mapping, transformation, cleansing, reconciliation, and performance optimization.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of Salesforce data models, object relationships, and load sequencing to ensure successful migrations.
- Experience with high-volume and multi-source data migrations, preferably within government or regulated environments, is highly desirable.
