Hiring an experienced Data Architecture Delivery Lead to own technical delivery, data architecture coordination, and stakeholder reporting for a multi-source Master Provider Record implementation. This role will lead end-to-end data model design across six source systems, define the MPR schema, establish medallion layer contracts and Databricks Metric Views, and provide technical governance across all workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end data model design across all six source systems.
- Define the Master Provider Record schema, medallion layer contracts, and Databricks Metric Views.
- Provide technical governance and architecture direction across project workstreams.
- Lead delivery planning, sprint coordination, stakeholder reporting, and execution tracking.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery decisions across teams.
- Own reporting obligations and ensure timely, accurate status communication.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with the Product Owners.
Qualifications
- Architect or lead-level experience in data architecture, solution delivery, or enterprise data platform programs.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, master data design, lakehouse architecture, and medallion layer patterns.
- Experience leading cross-functional data delivery across multiple source systems and workstreams.
- Ability to translate business, technical, and governance requirements into executable delivery plans.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery, planning, reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and executive-level status reporting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with product owners, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
