Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities for NOC Shift!
Your responsibilities as a Med Tech may include daily duties such as:
- Reviewing and understanding the unique service plan for every assigned resident each shift
- Assisting with bathing, dressing/undressing, and other activities of daily living
- Answering call lights as soon as possible to ensure safety of residents
- Escorting residents to and from apartments, activities, and dining rooms
- In our memory care setting, CNA’s may prepare the dining room, take orders, and serve meals
- Taking and documenting vital statistics
- Performing medication assistance as directed by a licensed staff
- Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have completed a state certified CNA or NAC course, with current certification in the state of Washington. Home Care Aide certificate is also acceptable, as it is current enrollment in a CNA training school
- Med Techs must have Nurse Delegation completed and experience as a caregiver and/or Med Tech
- Be willing to obtain a CPR/AED/First Aid Certification if you don’t already have one
- Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
