- Encourage participation and foster community engagement among residents.
- Coordinate special events, intergenerational programs, and outings.
- Partner with Dining Services and other departments for community celebrations and theme events.
- Document attendance, participation, and feedback to continuously improve programming.
- Assist with recruitment of volunteers and outside entertainment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or coursework in recreation, hospitality, or human services preferred.
- Experience planning and leading activities in a senior living, hospitality, or recreational setting.
- Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Food handler’s certification per state requirements (or willingness to obtain).
