Wage: 30.00 - 35.00/Hr. DOE
Shift: Sunday through Thursday - 7:00am - 5:00pm with an On-Call Rotation

- Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction
- Possess a current Nursing license in the state of Montana
- Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
- 3-5 years of experience working in geriatric care is preferred
- Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
- Enjoy being part of a team, as this person will work closely with a team of nurses and clinical staff to design and implement care plans for each resident
- Help oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions
- Must exemplify the Touchmark values of Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity and Compassion
- Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
- A successful candidate must possess qualities of leadership, responsibility, time management, compassion, and patience.
- Ability to observe resident behavior and communicate such in an intelligent and professional manner.
- Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors.
