As a Housekeeper, you will make a meaningful impact each day by helping create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents and guests. In this role, you will care for both residents’ homes and the community’s common areas, helping ensure every space reflects the high standards and warm hospitality that define Touchmark. This is more than a traditional housekeeping position; it is an opportunity to build genuine relationships with the residents who call our community home and to contribute to their daily comfort and well-being.
The ideal candidate will:

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Have previous housekeeping experience in a retirement community, hospitality, healthcare, or resort setting, although this is not required

Be willing to work occasional weekends and holidays

Be able to maintain a patient, professional, and tactful demeanor when working with residents, family members, guests, and fellow team members
