Part-Time (3 days/week as Scheduler)

Option to add 1–2 Caregiver/Med Tech shifts per week for additional hours

Touchmark on West Prospect is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented team member to join our Health Services team as a Scheduler, with the opportunity to add 1–2 Caregiver or Med Tech shifts per week for those who enjoy both coordination and hands-on care.

This role is ideal for someone who loves bringing organization and teamwork to a fast-paced environment while also connecting personally with residents through direct care.

What You’ll Do

As Scheduler (3 days per week):

• Create, post, and maintain accurate team schedules in Dayforce.
• Coordinate daily staffing needs and ensure adequate coverage while minimizing overtime.
• Track attendance and maintain up-to-date team member records.
• Communicate schedule updates clearly and promptly to team members and leadership.
• Support onboarding and training schedules for new hires.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as certification tracking, supply ordering, and on-call coordination.
• Promote teamwork, positivity, and a supportive environment within Health Services.
  
  

As Caregiver / Med Tech (1–2 days per week):

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications safely and accurately (for qualified Med Techs).
• Support residents with activities of daily living, such as dressing, hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Foster meaningful connections with residents, families, and team members, reflecting Touchmark’s hospitality and Gold Standards.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in scheduling, caregiving, or medication administration (CBRF certification preferred).
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
• A heart for serving older adults and supporting a cohesive, positive team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software (Dayforce experience a plus).
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
