Join the Touchmark Team as a NOC Front Desk Receptionist!

📍 Location: Touchmark on West Prospect – Appleton, WI

🕙 Schedule: NOC Shift (10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.)

💵 Pay: $17.00 – $18.29 per hour (based on experience and credentials)

✨ Plus: An additional $1.00 per hour when you work the NOC shift!

About The Role

As a NOC Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and team members overnight. You’ll warmly welcome and direct visitors, answer calls, and provide information with professionalism and care. You’ll also monitor the lobby and community entrances to ensure a safe and secure environment while offering support to residents who may need assistance during nighttime hours.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming, helpful, and professional first impression of our community.

What We’re Looking For

✅ A sincere commitment to memorable customer service and hospitality

✅ High school diploma or equivalent

✅ Experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in customer service/hospitality preferred

✅ Strong communication skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor

✅ Ability to multitask while managing phones, visitors, and resident needs

✅ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and office equipment

✅ Ability to maintain tact, patience, and confidentiality when working with residents, families, and team members

✅ Flexibility to work a rotating weekend schedule
