Caregiver PRN and On-Call

Touchmark at Mt. Bachelor Village, an award-winning senior living resort community on Bend's west side along the gorgeous Deschutes River, is searching for our next amazing, compassionate Caregiver to join forces with our incredible team!

• Minimum starting wage: $22.15 per hour entry level, or more, depending on experience.
• Differentials for licensed CNA's are offered.
• Variable shifts; full-flex availability and willingness to be on-call as needed
• Differentials offered for swing and NOC/Weekend shifts that are picked up

Ideal candidates must have a heart for serving others, as well as:

• A commitment to Touchmark’s values, as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A genuine interest in caring for the senior population and working in a geriatric environment, performing a variety of care activities to keep people healthy and safe
• The willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
• The ability to maintain patient and display tactful and kind composure when dealing with residents, family members, and guests
• Team player, ready to roll up your sleeves and work hard
• Reliable
• Be able to read, write, and speak English
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Experience preferred, but not required. We will train the right person!
