Technician
Touchmark at Fairway Village is Southwest Washington's premier retirement community. Our goal is to enrich the lives of residents and off-campus clients by providing them with exceptional service in the comfort of their own homes. We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Building Services Technician. Pay ranges from $24.00- $27.00 hr, depending on experience! Need someone available to work 30 to 32 hours a week - including shifts on the weekend.
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications & Skills

- Strong ability to efficiently assess and prioritize daily work orders while maintaining high-quality standards and exemplary customer service.
- “Jack of all trades” skillset with knowledge in: Plumbing Electrical work Carpentry Cable box setups/IT
- Support maintenance needs for 287 homes on an 18-acre property, plus several additional buildings.
- Perform general building services tasks, including:
- Moving furniture
- General maintenance and repairs
- Basic electrical work and IT
- Painting, carpentry, drywall repair
- Responding to plumbing or equipment-related HVAC emergencies
- Experience working with older adults is helpful.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and energetic approach.
- Strong commitment to providing quality customer service and five-star hospitality.
