Touching Hearts at Home is looking for an energetic PRN (as-needed) Caregiver to join our amazing McPherson team This position follows a 4-days-on / 4-days-off rotation, and we like to keep our on-call caregivers very busy — so be ready to roll when duty calls You'll have the rewarding opportunity to support seniors and help them remain safe, happy, and comfortable in their own homes. What You'll Do:Provide companionship and conversationHelp with light housekeeping, meals, and daily activitiesOffer a helping hand to keep clients safe and comfortableStep in when a regular caregiver is unavailable — every day is different We're Looking For:Reliable and ready to work when neededFriendly, compassionate, and positive attitude Flexibility with scheduling and local travelExperience in caregiving is a plus (but we'll train the right person)
