In this role, you will oversee flooring jobsites & projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to outstanding customer service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Measure spaces for new flooring and the ability to draft an accurate scope of work
- Manage all phases of flooring projects, including planning, execution, and closing.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or flooring industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction
- Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
