Our Ashland, VA branch is seeking a Field Manager to join our dynamic team at Touch of Color Flooring. In this pivotal role, you will oversee flooring installation projects, ensuring quality and efficiency while upholding our mission of delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities
- Manage on-site flooring installation projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with team members and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct site assessments.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Train and mentor installation teams on best practices.
- Maintain communication with clients to ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installations.
- Report project progress and challenges to upper management.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in flooring installation and construction management.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating and site operations.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for client interaction.
- Experience with carpentry or related trades is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
