About the Role
As a Handyman, you will perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the safety and functionality of homes and facilities.

- General repairs
- Flooring
- Painting
- Carpentry
- Power washing
- Installing or repairing doors and windows
- Assembling furniture
- Responding to maintenance requests quickly
- Keeping accurate records of all work performed
Service Area
We service Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne counties.
How It Works
When we receive a lead, we send job details to our handyman team. You'll submit labor only quotes for the work. If your bid is selected by the client, you'll complete the job.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Solid grasp of general maintenance procedures
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Strong problem solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Must provide your own tools
- Must carry liability insurance
Position Type
This is a 1099 subcontractor position.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $100.00 per hour
