Summary:
Use hand-welding equipment to weld or join metal components or to fill holes, indentations, or seams of fabricated metal products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Load parts into machine
- Activate machine
- Examine welded components to detect defects and make adjustments on the spot welder as necessary for different materials.
- Take completed parts off of machine for placement on pallet
- Repetitive use of hands, wrists, arms, bending/twisting and lifting up to 50lbs on a repetitive basis
- Wear all safety equipment and work in a safe manner
- Work well with the team environment
- Other job responsibilities, not listed above, may be required from this position, and will be directed by the immediate supervisor
