We are seeking a passionate Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, possess a nurturing personality, and be dedicated to creating a safe and engaging learning environment for young learners.
Responsibilities - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children - Monitor and supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities - Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members - Maintain a clean and organized classroom setting - Assess children's development and progress - Collaborate with other teachers to ensure the well-being of all children
Qualifications - Previous experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting - Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices - Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred - Familiarity with toddler care, infant care, and special education techniques - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage a classroom effectively while providing individualized attention to students
