Job Summary

Candidate MUST have CDA or obtaining CDA and expierence in childcare
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods.
- Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and respect among children.
- Manage daily classroom activities, ensuring smooth transitions and engaging experiences tailored to toddlers and preschoolers.
- Support children with special education needs and early intervention strategies to ensure inclusive participation.
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to foster positive social interactions and emotional regulation.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians through regular communication about each child's progress and developmental milestones.
- Supervise assistant teachers and support staff, providing mentorship and guidance to uphold high-quality childcare standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in early childhood education or daycare settings with classroom management expertise.
- Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and working with children across various age groups including toddlers and preschoolers.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles, special education needs, early intervention strategies, and literacy education techniques.
- Familiarity with Montessori methods, standardized testing practices for early learners, and teaching physical education activities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, staff, and community partners.
- Demonstrated ability to manage behavior positively while fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Valid certification in early childhood education or related fields; additional qualifications in special education or toddler care are a plus.
