TotalRecycle contains cutting-edge technology that allows for the precise sorting and processing of recyclable materials. Situated on a 14-acre site in Berk’s County, this 75,000 square foot facility accepts all items capable of being recycled. TotalRecycle is the only facility of this magnitude in the area. With its beautiful infrastructure, the complex looks more like a resort than a recycling plant.

Our recycling facility, located in Birdsboro, PA, is currently searching for a Shift Supervisor.
What You Will Do:
- Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet daily throughput and quality targets.
- Monitor material flow and adjust resources to maintain efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate expectations and safety protocols.
- Enforce all safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations.
- Ensure proper sorting and processing of recyclable materials to meet customer and regulatory standards.
- Implement corrective actions for material quality or performance issues.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Report mechanical issues promptly and assist in troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate production records, including throughput, downtime, and staffing.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports for management review.
You Have/Are:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- A valid driver’s license preferred
- An eye for detail and a self-starter attitude
- Strong ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to bend, stoop, sit, stand and lift up to 75 pounds regularly
