Who Are We?
TotalRecycle, Inc. is a groundbreaking, state-of-the-art single stream recycle facility which further advances our steadfast commitment to a greener environment. TotalRecycle contains cutting-edge technology that allows for the precise sorting and processing of recyclable materials. Situated on a 14-acre site in Berk’s County, this 75,000 square foot facility accepts all items capable of being recycled.
TotalRecycle is the only facility of this magnitude in the area. With its beautiful infrastructure, the complex looks more like a resort than a recycling plant. However, it is capable of processing 700 tons of recyclables a day or almost 20,000 tons a month. That equates to 560,000 homes a week or over 50 cities the size of Reading! TotalRecycle is approved to run 20 hours a day, six days a week.

TotalRecycle, located in Birdsboro, PA, is currently searching for a 2nd Shift Forklift Operator due to growth!

Shift & Hours:
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday
- 2:00PM to 10:30PM
- Every other Saturday mandated
What You Will Do:
- Operate the facilities sit-down counterbalance forklift to load, unload, move, and stack materials
- Perform daily equipment checks to ensure the forklift is in good working condition, reporting any maintenance needs or safety issues to management
- Follow all company and OSHA safety protocols and guidelines while operating the forklift and navigating the workspace to maintain a safe environment
- Additional duties as assigned by leadership
You Have:
- 1 years’ experience operating a sit-down counterbalance forklift
- Familiarity with the handling and sorting of recyclable materials
- An ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
