Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports and statements, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the organization's financial performance.
- Conduct cost analysis to identify areas where costs can be reduced or optimized without compromising quality of care
- Develop financial goals, strategies, and initiatives that align with the organization's mission and objectives
- Assess financial risks and opportunities facing the organization, such as changes in reimbursement policies, regulatory compliance, and market dynamics.
- Monitor changes in healthcare regulations and reimbursement policies to ensure that the organization remains compliant
Qualifications
- 2 years of financial planning and analysis experience
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Knowledge of general accounting principles
- Bachelors degree in finance or related field
