Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Assist with pizza preparation, topping, portioning, and order assembly
- Prepare and package customer orders according to restaurant standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, counter, dining, and service areas
- Restock ingredients, packaging, beverages, and restaurant supplies
- Operate ovens, kitchen equipment, and POS systems safely as trained
- Assist kitchen and front-of-house team members during busy service periods
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Assist with opening, closing, and general restaurant duties
Requirements
- Previous pizza, restaurant, food service, retail, or customer service experience is an asset but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads
- Strong attention to cleanliness and food quality
