What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intake Specialist position at TotalCare2U?
Intake or insurance experience needed. Our office is located in Waxahachie, Tx.
No exposure to COVID patients in the work place. There is do direct patient contact in this office.
At Total Care 2 U, we see patients via telemedicine and we have Nurse Practitioners and Medical Assistants that conduct in-home appointments.
In this position, the Intake Specialist will verify new patient insurance eligibility and coverage.
This is a highly Patient Care/Customer Service focused position.

Key Success Factors:
- Must be comfortable speaking with patients on the phone all day long.

This position is an in-office role with hours of operation Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
