Competitive Base Pay: $1 1.00 – $14.00/hour (based on experience).

Duties & Responsibilities
Greet walk-in customers warmly and provide expert guidance on Total Wireless 5G plans and devices.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase phone features, trade-in programs, and plan benefits.
Actively pitch and upsell additional products (bundling cases, screen protectors, and chargers) to enhance customer satisfaction and hit sales targets.
Process new line activations, carrier port-ins, phone upgrades, and cash/card register transactions accurately.
Maintain attractive merchandising displays, manage inventory, and ensure stock levels are replenished regularly.
Assist with opening and closing store procedures, cash drawer balancing, and maintaining a clean, welcoming retail environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Previous retail sales experience preferred, particularly in prepaid or postpaid wireless stores (e.g., Metro by T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Verizon, AT&T, or T-Mobile).
Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Bilingual abilities (Spanish / English) are a strong plus!
Customer Service: Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor and high reliability.
Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently on shifts.
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Terms of Employment
Paid Training Period: Complete comprehensive, hands-on paid training starting on Day 1.
90-Day Introductory Probation: Your first 90 days serve as an introductory review period to evaluate punctuality, customer service quality, and overall sales performance.
Status: Employment is at-will under Indiana law.
Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
