Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Trainer to join our team and elevate the performance of our retail staff. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, coaching, and helping others grow in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for sales staff

Develop training materials to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills

Monitor and evaluate team performance to identify areas for growth

Provide coaching, feedback, and support to ensure consistent sales excellence

Assist in onboarding new employees and promoting a positive team culture

Qualifications

Passion for sales and mentoring others

Retail or customer service experience is a plus

Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish/French) required

Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented

Schedule

10-hour shifts

Monday to Friday weekend availability

Day shifts

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 / hour
