Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new sales opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic sales initiatives. We offer flexible scheduling and monthly commission bonuses. We are looking for someone who is self driven and looking to earn extra through their sales.
Duties
- Creating the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
- Assisting new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
- Educating our customers on all Total Wireless Products and Services we offer.
- Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
- Handle all customer situations as trained to completely satisfy customers’ needs.
- Assist the Store Manager in tasks assigned to you personally or the team.
- Complete all required trainings as directed by Total Wireless.
- Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
- Maintain a clean and presentable store location.
- Generate more traffic by initiating conversation to potential customers in the near by area.
Skills
- Bilingual preferred
- Strong sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Technical sales knowledge to effectively demonstrate product features and benefits
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, but not required
- Social and bubble personality
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40.0 per week
Work Location: In person
