Job Summary

Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Conduct cold calling, outreach, and follow-up to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Manage existing accounts through effective account management strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver compelling product demos and presentations tailored to client needs to facilitate sales closures.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining strong relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that enhance brand visibility and lead generation efforts.
- Provide ongoing customer service support post-sale to ensure client success and identify upselling opportunities.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitors to position our offerings effectively in the marketplace.
- Assist in managing territory sales strategies, including inside sales efforts when applicable, to meet or exceed targets.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong background in management, business development, or account management preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis.
- Experience with technology sales, technical sales, or product demos is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with strong analysis skills for strategic decision-making.
- Ability to perform cold calling, lead generation, upselling, and territory management effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships across diverse industries such as retail or B2B markets.
