Job Title: Total Wireless Sales Representative Job Summary: The Total Wireless Sales Representative is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing expert knowledge of wireless products and services, driving sales, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and store performance. The ideal candidate is motivated, customer-focused, and passionate about technology and wireless communication. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: * Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and assess their wireless needs. * Promote and sell Total Wireless products, plans, and accessories. * Educate customers on device features, data plans, and promotions to ensure the best service fit. * Activate new lines, process payments, and assist with upgrades or port-ins. * Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions. * Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. * Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing. * Stay current on new devices, promotions, and company updates. * Handle customer issues efficiently and escalate unresolved concerns to management when necessary. * Support overall store operations, including opening/closing duties and inventory management. ⸻ Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred). * Previous retail or wireless sales experience preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic computer and POS system proficiency. * Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a positive attitude. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. ⸻ Compensation & Benefits: * Competitive hourly rate plus commissions and bonuses. * Employee discounts on wireless products and services. * Opportunities for advancement within the Total Wireless/TracFone/Verizon brand network.
