As a Retail Sales Associate at Total Wireless Premium Retailers, you will be located in a dynamic retail environment where you will engage with customers to provide outstanding service and support. This role is essential in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash responsibly.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure shelves are well-stocked with merchandise.
• Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer experience.
• Provide exceptional phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
• Stay informed about the latest products, promotions, and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Proven experience in upselling or sales roles within retail environments.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Basic math skills for transaction processing and inventory management.
• Experience with product demonstrations to showcase features effectively.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases.
• Familiarity with stock management processes is beneficial but not required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn about new technologies.
