Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service
- Sell wireless phones, plans, accessories, and related products
- Explain wireless plans, promotions, pricing, and features
- Activate new lines and assist customers with account changes
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat business
- Process sales transactions and payments accurately
- Maintain an organized, clean, and professional store
- Assist customers with basic phone setup and troubleshooting
- Keep up with current promotions, products, and wireless services
- Handle customer questions and resolve issues professionally
- Help with inventory, merchandising, and general store duties
Requirements
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Wireless/telecommunications experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable talking to customers and making sales recommendations
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and technology
- Ability to learn wireless plans, products, and promotions
- Reliable and punctual
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet sales goals and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be comfortable using computers, tablets, and point-of-sale systems
- Must be able to work weekends and flexible hours when scheduled
