Cellular Sales Representative
Total Wireless Compensation: $42,000 - $62,000 per year (Base Salary Uncapped Commissions)

The Role: Beyond the Counter

What You’ll Do
- Active Outside Prospecting: When the store is quiet, you will be outside the storefront or in the immediate area engaging with the public, handing out materials, and convincing people to switch to Total Wireless.
- Drive Traffic: Perform outbound activities (calls, community engagement, sidewalk greeting) to ensure a steady stream of customers.
- Consultative Selling: Educate customers on our products and services, guiding them through the sales process from start to finish.
- Exceed Goals: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to maximize your uncapped commission potential.
- Store Excellence: Assist the Manager with daily operations and maintain a professional, welcoming environment.

Requirements
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish
- 1 year of retail sales experience (Wireless or Pre-Paid experience is a huge plus).
- The "Hustle" Mentality: Willingness and enthusiasm to talk to potential customers outside the store.
- Flexibility: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliability: Must have the ability to travel to various locations in the Kansas City area as needed.
- Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
