Sales Representative
We are hiring Sales Representatives to join our local team. This role is focused on helping customers understand our products and services, answering questions, building trust, and closing sales. The ideal candidate is friendly, confident, reliable, and comfortable speaking with customers in person and/or over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Explain products, services, pricing, promotions, and available options clearly.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best solution.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals.
• Follow up with leads and customers when needed.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in the system.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Keep the work area organized and represent the company professionally.
• Work with the manager and team members to improve sales performance.
Qualifications
• Prior sales, customer service, retail, call center, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and asking for the sale.
• Positive attitude, reliable attendance, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer or phone skills for entering customer information.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Language Skills
• Spanish is highly preferred.
• Urdu or Hindi is a strong advantage.
• Additional language skills are welcome.
