- Greet and assist customers with wireless products and services
- Promote and sell Total Wireless plans, devices, and accessories
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations
- Handle activations, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

- Retail or sales experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and people skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
