Position Summary:
As a Sales Associate at Royal Wireless, you will be the face of our store—assisting customers, driving sales, and providing outstanding service. Your role will involve educating customers on Total Wireless products and services, helping them find the right solutions, and ensuring a seamless and positive in-store experience. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, positive attitude
- Understand and promote Total Wireless products, plans, and accessories
- Achieve individual and store sales goals
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide product support
- Perform daily store operations including opening/closing duties, inventory, and merchandising
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and product features
- Communicate clearly with both English and Spanish-speaking customers
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic tech proficiency with mobile devices
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays)
