Position Summary
Develop long-term relationships with customers (henceforth referred to as the guests). Represent Total Wireless and its products and services, and yourself, serving guests beyond their expectations.
Responsibilities
- Timely greet guests with a friendly heart to serve, creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Identify and satisfy the need of guests met by Total Wireless products and services and exceed the expectations of the guests in terms of services.
- Complete all aspects of the transactions including the creation ofaccount records to establish service, accepting guest payments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve guests (wireless) issues.
- Receive, stock, and track inventory.
- Operate the cash register
- Navigate the POS system
- Reconcile sales as part of the end-of-day duties
- Keep the store clean and to Total Wireless standard
- Educate guests on warranty and features along with special deals or discounts that apply to our products and services.
- Understand how to read performance metrics and operate to behavioral requirements, following the operating procedures.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic Math knowledge.
- The heart and passion to confidently serve guests with respect.
- Able to stand for long periods (up to four hours) at a time.
- The hunger for more possessions and to become a person of great character and skills, an expert in values of products and services offered by Total Wireless.
- Speak Spanish fluently in required stores (which is most of our stores).
- Available to work typical retail hours, including weekends andholidays
- The desire, willingness, and humility to learn and grow.
