We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations of our retail location. Duties

- Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating employee performance
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising to optimize product presentation
- Manage POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity
- Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to enhance team skills
- Handle purchasing decisions and manage vendor relationships for supplies and inventory procurement
- Monitor store budgets, perform bookkeeping tasks, and ensure financial accuracy through payroll and sales management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and customer service protocols
- Utilize marketing strategies to promote store offerings and increase foot traffic
- Maintain organized store operations through effective time management and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments with supervising responsibilities
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate teams
- Proficiency in inventory control, merchandising, POS systems, and retail math
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, and training & development
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Skilled in budgeting, pricing strategies, sales management, and store operations oversight
- Demonstrated ability in cash handling, cashiering, and customer service excellence
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of wireless sales or grocery store operations is advantageous
