- Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide professional, friendly service.
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate Total Wireless plans, devices, and accessories.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, products, and competitive offers.
Assist with in-store displays, merchandising, and inventory.
Handle transactions, activations, and account setup accurately.
Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Qualifications
Previous retail or sales experience preferred, but not required (we provide training).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
