Schedule:

• Flexible days, rotating weekends. Required.
• Store Hours are M- Sun. 10:00 AM - 7 PM

Sales Associate Requirements :

• Enthusiastic, energetic, social media engagement, and responsible.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is REQUIRED.
• Must be at least 18 y.o.
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Technology literate. Using POS, website knowledge, Excel, Word, account creations.
• The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

*Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
• Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.
• Achieving established goals.
• Taking customer's monthly payments. Assist in phone purchases.
• Showing phone options for those looking to upgrade, sign up customers.
• Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
• Increasing in store sales.
• Superior product knowledge.
• Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
• Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
• Engage in monthly promotion events-- set up tent, outreach, bring customers in.
