Duties
- Actively pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including cold calling and lead generation
- Manage a designated territory by developing strategic plans to maximize sales potential and customer engagement
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent account management and excellent customer service
- Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue and enhance client satisfaction
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage contacts, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development initiatives
- Negotiate terms of sale with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while meeting company objectives
- Perform market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in B2B sales

Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously

- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis
