Responsibilities

- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and interest.
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is neat and inviting.
- Manage inventory levels by performing stock checks, restocking items, and participating in inventory counts.
- Support cashiering duties with phone etiquette, processing transactions efficiently, and handling customer inquiries professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; supervisory experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math for accurate transactions.
- Ability to perform merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves and organizing displays effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone professionally.
- Experience in grocery store or similar retail environments is beneficial but not required.
