You will
- Spearhead the strategic direction and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, & Snapchat), ensuring initiatives drive measurable business impact and align with long-term organizational objectives.
- Own and drive the Product Catalog Strategy, ensuring dynamic and personalized ad experiences that improve relevancy and conversion, while also driving the creative strategy through close collaboration with both internal teams and external agencies to deliver best‑in‑class assets and messaging.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign performance and optimization across audiences, creative, bids, budgets, pacing, and placements to ensure KPIs and growth targets are consistently achieved.
- Manage agency partners and external vendors, establishing clear performance expectations, reviewing deliverables, and driving accountability for execution, innovation, and results.
- Direct cross-functional collaboration with analytics, customer insights, and marketing teams to deliver comprehensive performance reporting and strategic recommendations.
- Spearhead innovation and data-informed growth by evaluating emerging technologies and platform betas, integrating new capabilities, and leading experimentation, competitive analysis, and market research to identify and scale high-impact marketing opportunities that strengthen effectiveness and competitive positioning
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance on campaign performance, emerging opportunities, potential risks, and strategic priorities. Optimize campaign strategies through advanced analytics and insights from tools such as Adobe and platform reporting, translating data into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture and driving a strong discipline of experimentation, excellence, and accountability.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred or equivalent years of experience.
- 8 years of hands-on experience in paid social media, with a strong concentration in Meta platforms and a background in retail or performance-driven environments preferred.
- 8 experience in retail and performance-based paid media, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization with a proven track record of managing digital advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources preferred.
- Experience in paid social media marketing, with a focus on Meta platforms. From creation to optimization to analysis. With a focus in retail and paid media.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and merchandising teams.
- Proficiency in MarTech tools for campaign automation and optimization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Experience managing and optimizing digital advertising budgets effectively.
- Agency experience preferred (not required).
- Ability to stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies in the digital marketing space.
- Relevant certifications from platforms like Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads/Analytics, or others can be a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic decisions, using analytics to influence direction and optimize outcomes.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing large-scale digital advertising budgets.
- Ability to stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends within social and digital marketing.
- Certifications such as Meta Blueprint or Google Analytics a plus.
- Agency experience preferred but not required.
