Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for our customers. This role involves answering incoming calls, setting up new accounts, responding to customer questions, and resolving service issues with professionalism and care. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and able to communicate clearly in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and route customer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Set up new customer accounts and ensure accurate information is entered into our system
- Assist customers with questions, service concerns, billing issues, and general inquiries
- Provide timely follow-up and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed and organized records
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency (English Spanish)
