Responsibilities
- Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, and entryways at various client locations using company-provided shovels and hand tools
- Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including both day and night shifts as needed
- Ensure all assigned areas are cleared of snow and safe for pedestrian use
- Respond promptly and be available on short notice when snow events occur
- Maintain a professional and reliable presence at all assigned locations
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to multiple work locations
- Valid driver's license required
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Previous snow shoveling experience preferred, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Compensation
$25.00 $35.00 per hour, based on Crew Member or Crew Lead role, paid every two weeks.
